My Grandfather Passed Away...
About a week ago my grandpa was sent to the hospital again after he fainted a day AFTER he came home from the hospital the first time. he was sent to the ICU and stayed there for a couple days before being moved to a normal room, so clearly he had to be getting better. only me dad came in to my room saying he was going to pass. i came into the room, only to learn he was already gone. I never even got to say goodbye one last time, or tell him that I loved him. It hurts. It really fucking hurts.

My Aunt Julie has spent over 30 years of her life with health problems. when she was sent to the hospital earlier this week, i had the idea that she would be OK because she was 51 and suffered gangrene, obesity, and breathing problems, and yet she would fight because she's a fighter and she would fight through this. but then my dad opened my door last night and asked with TEARS in his eyes if i wanted to say goodbye to Julie, my dad almost never cries.
